Projects 2006 / board decisions from December 2005

On their meeting form December 12th the board discussed and decided about the following projects:

a) realize "Hidi" - reforest project at Hora, Ada'a Liban woreda (reduce costs by discuss with the project leader), start on 2006

b) realize "Boreta-Gerado" - reforest project at Akaki woreda, start at 2006

c) give small micro credit to Huruta Office of Agriculture and Natural Resource for 40 poor farmers / only for 2006

One new project from St. Mary Bright Futures Association was rejected.

In the next few weeks all these projects will be discussed and new agreements will be submitted to DPPC.

 

The board also nominated:

Mr. Dr. Hans-Rudolf Stucki as new Vice-President of the boad

Mr. Simon Pfister, lic. oec. HSG, as new CEO
